EveryMedical does not accept return of products supplied or purchased in good condition.
Everymedical offers a window for return, If something is wrong with a product resulting from the manufacturer or negligence of the courier during the delivery process. Please endeavor to notify us immediately upon receiving the item, we will arrange a replacement.
The item must be unused. Usage of any kind invalidates the option of return.
The item must also be returned to the courier or to us on the very day that we are notified. We reserve the right to refuse to replace the item if it shows signs of use or if the original packaging has been lost.
Provided we delivered a non-defective item, if we agree to replace a product that is non-defective such as when buyer wants to upgrade to a better product, a different brand, etc, 10% of the cost of the item will be deducted and the buyer pays the cost of return and any other costs that might arise such as repackaging the product
If the product has a manufacturer’s warranty that is still active after the return period has elapsed, we will contact the manufacturer on the buyer’s behalf, however the resolution is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
